I don't normally rate Horseland but my recent visit to the Bunbury store was fantastic. The sales assistant was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable without being patronising - a big plus and I'm very grateful! Walked out with more than I planned to buy and smashed the shopping in about 30mins.

I specifically asked for a waterproof rug, similar to what I've always used, which was $90. I was sold one at $110, and my old horse got wet! I will not attempt to get money back. I can use it as an under rug, I guess...Edit; I asked for a refund and was shut down by a lady insisting I should have known canvas rugs are not waterproof. Well, I've used canvas ones since 1996 and have had no issues. I also told the assistant I was after a waterproof rug. This rug is cheap and NASTY.

Got recommended to you guys for a hat to fit a large head. First hat tried on and success. Its unheard of for my size. I'll be back!
