Wish I could give zero stars. These guys allowed us to do a 4 and a half hour round trip (from Northcliffe) to pick up a rug they told us they had over the phone. A 5 foot 3 rug had been stuffed into a 6 foot 6 rug bag. When we returned the next day to get our money back or the correct rug size...the woman behind the counter couldn't care less. They OWE US 200 dollars in petrol. No apology nothing. I WOULDN'T GO THERE IF BOTH MINE AND MY HORSES LIFE DEPENDED ON IT

Very well managed store, they are there to help you but not in your face. Reasonably priced and well stocked store. You will definitely find everything you need here. Lovely staff will carry heavy items to your car for you. Wonderful customer service Is rare these days so very happy with this store.
